Good build! Now they need to make sprockets for a 40 chain for ct100u. Fixing to rebuild one completely I bought brand new for my grandson's, my son give it to some neighbors and did not tell me. And let me tell you they tore it to heck and back, I'm so mad about that he done that. It'll stay at house when I get through with it for sure.
That makes for a perfect rebuild! Ended up going with a smaller sprocket, the old one would put you on your back if you gunned it lol. Just a heads up in case you decide to do something similar.
Forgot if I mentioned in the video, but go power sports sells a motor mount that is a complete bolt on. And you can just adjust the mount to line up with the sprockets.
I'm trying to put the predator ghost on my ct100u but can't get chain to fit any tips should I change rear sprocket or ? So stressed out got so many wrong parts and I'm just ready to ride
A lot! There is barely any room to put your feet. And I actually ended up getting one of the adjustable motor mounts from go power sports. But if I would have done that from the beginning, it would have just been a straight bolt on.
Came with a motor I bought a while ago, but I think it’s just a basic Amazon one. And I think there are some that even have threads for the muffler, I ended up having to weld the muffler on.
