I had the same problem. I cleaned the carburetor, added new fuel with some sea foam fuel additive. It ran rough for a minute and then ran fine afterwards. No issues since.
Here’s the answer. I actually have one of these myself. But the reason it stalls when you move the choke is because you must move it slowly or I WILL stall the engine. See if this helps.
Make sure the gasoline turn valve arrow is pointing to on. After your go-kart motor starts don't turn the choke off and let motor run a couple minutes to warm it up then turn choke off. Hope this helps you buddy 👍
When you when you turn the choke on, you have to turn the choke on yeah like you did but like one second later, you have to put it like back on the run so you can drive it and then it won’t stall
Hey! If you are still having the same problem when you pull the starter and after it turns on leave then choke in the position towards you. Then let it run until you hear a stuttering sound almost. Where the engine sounds different than normal then put the choke back.
You need to clean the jet. Mine was having the same problem and the jet needed cleaned. On the carburetor there is a black screw. On the screw head there is a cap. Remove the cap and unscrew. Then pull the black jet up out of the carburetor. Take some compressed air and blow out the jet and the hole that the jet is in. This should let the gas’s flow through the jet and into your engine.
