That's why they have to attend boot camp with extroadinary awareness ( heightened awareness). Every step of the way will be emb dded in their mind (subconscious) from which they will draw realizations as time goes by. But usually they'll forget at first or the entire boot camp will become chaos in their head's. Once home, they will reflect on the entire boot camp and pit what they done and learnt, ( including all their blunders) against their ' home gaming', until it all comes tight and right. The subconscious will release the data learnt on boot camp ( which becomes their backbone) and success becomes theirs...and success be comes mastery over time

What do you say to people that are against routines or any structure? I think the essence of another's routine can teach a lesson and can be used for your own unique story.
