Do the practice tests mirror the actual state level tests? If they are not same or similar, then there is no real value.

@sylvestrem_re 3 месяца назад
Yes the questions are the same format of the state exam. It helped tremendously having the exam prep.

I very happy that it did! I had the same thing when I first started so I wanted to give back as much as I could. This course is great! Stay in touch. I’d love to be apart of your journey!

Hahahaha I definitely was YouTubing all terms that I didn’t comprehend and also was taking the compucram exam test prep along with realestatewizard website taking the mock test every day until I took the test.

If you’re a fast reader will it let you skip through pretty quickly or will it delay you because you have to stay on the page for a set amount of minutes? Separately, for the quizzes it won’t let you move forward unless you pass right? Does it tell you what the correct answer is so you can take it again and move on to the next chapter?
@tridentinecrusader9477
@tridentinecrusader9477 7 месяцев назад
And also, what happens if you don’t get a 70% on the practice final exam? You mentioned you can fail 3 times but what happens after 3 times?

@@tridentinecrusader9477 Hey, thanks for watching! So great questions! Here are the answers: 1. You can finish it as fast as you want but you can’t move on to the next course before 18 days. So you can finish in 10 but it won’t let you start the course exam or next course until 18 days have passed. 2. Quizzes will tell you the correct answer if you fail. You can take it as many times as you like but you cannot pass to the next chapter until you pass the quiz. 3. If you fail 3 times you have to start over the entire course. Hope this answers your questions!

Correction that is only for actual final exam that you can’t fail 3 times. If you are doing practice exam you can take it over as many times as you want. Each course does two practice exams then the final course exam follows that.

@@sylvestrem_redoes the final exam show the questions you got wrong after and do the questions stay the same when you retake the final test?
@sylvestrem_re
@sylvestrem_re 7 месяцев назад
@@tridentinecrusader9477 unfortunately I can’t answer that because sure I never failed. So not sure what happens with the final exams if you don’t pass.

Hi. Thank you for this video. I am comparing course providers right now, and none of them are super clear on how they present their content, so review and preview videos have been super helpful for the comparison. It looks like Colibri's format is all reading (no videos or audio recordings). Did you find it hard to stay engaged and focused when you had to just read all of the info on a computer? I'm trying to decide between Colibri and Kaplan since these two seem to have the highest rate of students who have passed the exam in my state (SC).

It really depends on if you enjoy reading. For me I was very excited to learn about the entire process so for the law stuff it got a bit boring but when you read about the process of the transactions and the terms you will hear in the business, it motivated me to push through. Over all it’s an easy read with their layout. And they show your progress every page of the way. So it’s super helpful to stay on track and remain focused.

@@brendaernst310 which did you end up choosing?
@brendaernst310
@brendaernst310 3 месяца назад
@@benjaminvalencia2357 I ended up going with Kaplan, but it was because I found the K-Score program through Keller Williams. They paid for my real estate school, and it took the choice out of my hands, because K-Score uses Kaplan as their education providor. It was also mostly reading. It was the quizzes and the exam Q-bank study questions that helped me learn the course material. And I watched a lot of videos from The Real Estate Classroom on RU-vid. He probably helped me the most to understand everything. I finished on March 1st, and I've forgotten at least half of it at this point! 😂
