Domovan mitchell is the 4th best ppg in career playoffs in nba history and you dont have him on this list? Dude just put up 55 points, 44 points, and 39 points his last 3 games. He doesnt even get a lot of foul shots he just old school put the ball in the basket.

FYI, last year I crunched a bunch of stats to determine who had the biggest impact in the 2023 playoffs: N. Jokic, J. Murray, J. Tatum, J. Butler, A. Davis, D. Booker, S. Curry, L. James, J. Brunson, B. Adebayo. Here's my 1st guess on the top 10 for this year's playoffs: N. Jokic, J. Tatum, L. Doncic, J. Murray, SGA, J. Brunson, A. Edwards, A. Davis, D. Booker, L. James. So many good players to choose from! I think the West playoffs will be so interesting!

I think if you look at the fantasy points and consider all the stats, ANT should be on the list. Drop one of the Lakers from the list. The radio guy only watches the Lakers.

No donovan mitchell on this list and donovan mitchell has the 4th highest ppg in nba history for the playoffs. Over his entire career 28+ppg average.....and mitchell doesnt even get the special treatment free throws like the others from the refs

I made a list myself and had him 12. My top 11 is Jokic, Luka, Giannis, Embiid, Tatum, SGA, KD, Ant, LeBron, Brunson, Booker. This is with everyone at max health. All these guys are elite. Imo he's just a top tier 2 player you want next to a superstar, but not tier 1 guy solo

@@evancelata4161Yeah I think he's a great player, but he's not ahead of Tatum and Giannis. Those guys are both MVP level, but also have experience. LeBron isn't at his peak, but I trust him more. Same goes with KD. SGA, Ant, Paolo are elite young guys, but it's hard to rank them. Imo thinking about it... I'd prob go 1. Jokic 2. Luka 3. Giannis 4. Embiid 5. Tatum 6. KD 7. LeBron 8. Brunson 9. SGA 10. Ant. Booker and Murray honorable mentions. This is with everyone at full health. Only reason I go SGA and Ant over them is because they're #1 options

I disagree with Colin's assessment of the Knicks. They do play hard, however, they're more than just an effort team. Jalen Brunson is a skilled player. Josh hart shows some extra skill level along the way, and OGA (Annunoby) is skilled defensively. Divincenzo is a skilled three point shooter. They're just not as athletic/jumping over people posterizing with dunks as other teams. They're beating the 76ers on skill and effort.

If book puts up another masterpiece like he did last year’s playoff he’s top 10 on everyone’s list. Book is just one of those players people always forget unless he’s having a lot of success

I would remove Embiid and put Kawhi. I know he's always injured, but when he's on the court he's a true playoff monster. I would like to put Anthony Edward too although he is new to this stage, but there is no doubt that he is one of the best players going into these Playoffs, maybe even a little more than Tatum, but well, we'll see. And let's not forget crazy Kyrie Irving, we know what he is capable of in the playoffs as long as he is available to play. He is the toughest shot maker in the NBA.

Just ignoring Brunsons actually elite offensively is crazy. He is not just a Villanova guy stereotype. His footwork ,body control, ability to get to his spot and complete humiliate defenders all while being a very good shooter is what makes him so good. He is very similar to Luka in the sense that he is not fast or someone that you’d think is as strong as he is and yet you cannot stay in front of him. They do whatever they want, Brunson does play defense to your point but of course Luka is 6’7 point forward and Brunson is 6’2.

The list is okay with one exception! Kevin Durant. He simply does not belong there. Why? Didn't he just lose 2 in-a-row to the Edward's Timberwolves? Look, be objective. If you are picking the 'best' 10 players in these playoffs, then focus on the playoffs. In fact, I do not think KD belongs to any category. He was SWEPT by Boston from the playoffs a few years ago, then he bolted to Phionex. Give me a break!!

Jokic is not top anything all time. He just proves that it's a big man's game, so with just a bit of smarts and fundamentals, a 7 footer can go far. What would Jokic be at 6'5 with his skill set and athleticism? He would not be in the league.
