Michael Che needs to be commended on perfectly landing that touchy comment on Trump. It could have easily been a bad blunder but he escaped it without looking bad and making everyone laugh.
No, Colin is seeing Scarlett Johansson as of a year or so ago. But the friendship is great, huh? And the guys are both good-hearted enough that it wouldn't be a surprise if the bracelets are for some cause. You have sharp eyes; good spotting.
@@alw87642 i guess Joy is supposed to be a comedian as well as a talk show host but it's kind of interesting to watch her when she says something she thinks is funny and she gets this look and big smile on her face for the audience like she waiting for their laughter. But I agree that Che is hysterical. I've gotten to binge watching him and Jost, both on SNL and in interviews and they are always spot on. My favorites are when Cecily plays Jeanine Pirro and spits all over Jost, and when Jost and Che trade jokes at year end.
I love the chemistry these guys have together. They might be from different backgrounds but they are extremely similar in their character. Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and SNL have brought the younger crowd into politics!
@@carlakinsella3833 Everyone talks about how together they have this bromantic vibe, I think because there's no usual toxic masculinity kind of bond It's more sincere.
I remember thinking "who the heck quits The Daily Show with Jon Stewart so fast" when Che showed up for like two weeks then took off for this job. Sad to see him go but happy with where he has gone! He and Colin are awesome together!
I couldn't stand Megan McCain at first, she seemed like such a Karen riding her father's coat tails and always going on about him. As time went on I came to respect her as she gave the show a needed balance. Since she left they haven't been able to find the right contrast.
I found it really obnoxious that she (whatever her name is) can get away with the "harassment" comments. Why is it not OK to say women now but ok to men?! Colin handled it well pointing out that it could make anyone, male or female, uncomfortable. Objectifying human beings no matter what sex is old school, get over it already. I have a sense of humor but...if we are now being careful with women...her comments were just inappropriate, unenlightened, untimely.
You know...if Joy was a man and Colin was a woman there would be total outrage about what she said to him. Unbutton your shirt. And then suggesting that Michael do the same. Give me a break. Why is this ok? I'm appalled.
OMG that was Sooo Bad it was good. I'm a guy but you helped me understand why even I feel bromantic about them both..... it's the odd discomfort ..... hesitancy.... like how Colin might blush or Che might run from the room. roflmaoooo
That's actually a line from " Frasier " about him and Niles (they were so close but also bickered like some husbands and wives) but with Colin and Che they're sweet and always considerate or defer to one another LOL THAT'S the bromantic part!
At least she would be an educated candidate who has proven her empathy for others consistently and genuinely through her philanthropy. I would enjoy that.
Sara Palin destroyed herself, not SNL. The show picks on everyone, and it's hilarious. Those are my favorite skits, when they poke fun of political representatives or another actor.
Wow. That's not cool. That's just low. That was disrespectful to him, all women, and every movement where women are asking for respect. What makes these women think it's ok to treat him like that. Wow.
It's a weird role reversal but women want equal rights and have been objectified and seem to do it now to men. For seasons " Ellen " was giving what her audience wanted with shirtless guys and awkward candy treatments but some guys are comfortable with it like Chipendales and want the work, it also plays into the almost homoerotic way bodybuilders measure themselves against others. Even " The Price is Right " has fully dressed male models presenting the prizes. It's equal opportunity and at times comical. Get my point? If not you might want to Join Jada and Will at one of their " Red Table Talks " 🤣
Donald Trump firing people on the "You're Fired" Show that he did was funny but it isn't so funny with him firing everybody in government just to put in his stooges that are little puppets. I think he should do a show called the "The Puppets" with Vladimir Putin pulling his string and him pulling all of the stooges strings to include the republican party"
The view should be amended to now called the side view. This would make sense of the closed minded anger that fuels them to talk to 2 liberal comedians and give them a hard time since they make jokes about everyone and not just people the do not like.
Yeah but at least Reagan was governor of California... so he had some experience being elected to public office. Trump had ZERO experience before being president, and it absolutely showed. He was a fucking turd as president, and is still a piece of shit.
Love these guys so wanted to watch the clip, but I was just reminded how much I hate the view and how out of place these two programs are. Don't put daytime shows with night time shows.
