Common Cuckoos arrive in Britain in April and have usually departed by the end of June, having found a mate and the females deposting their eggs in the nests of other birds. Visiting Thursley Common to see Colin the Cuckoo is a memroable experience with views of Common Cuckoo, Cuculus canorus, that can usually only be dreamed of. This footage of Colin the Cuckoo was made in June 2021.
