I am 22 years old and was diagnosed with this disease 10 months ago. What really helped me was one table spoon of olive oil every morning 20min before breakfast. Also avocados, bananas, salmon fish, ginger (added it later in my died). NEVER drink/eat diary products ( well, if it is a muffin I will take the risk😂).

@@noone3550 hi, read the rest of the comments, they explain ir. In general fiber (raw veggies) is not recommencded during active inflammation. Better watch dr. Berg's videos on colitis. While fiber can be beneficial, it's not advisable to consume it if you're experiencing bleeding or are in the midst of an active flare-up, as it may exacerbate your symptoms.

For me i have to drink bone broth or Pho soup, make a daily smoothie that consists of celery, green apple, ginger, lime, cilantro water. celery is the veg with healing properties.. or cabbage juiced. Along with black seed oil capsules. no sugar, no caffeine, no red meat, nothing from the grill, if i keep that going for 30days or longer my UC is back in remission.

It also turns hydrogen sulfite back into sulfur - Fastonic Molecular Hydrogen (contains magnesium attached to pure hydrogen) - Butyricum by Pendulum (contains bacteria that turns into SCFA and postbiotics in the colon) seen this somewhere yet to try it.
