Hi guys! Here it is ! I’m super happy with this collaboration! Sara pushed me to explore using more color and to create a custom palette!
On this collaboration Sara suggested the color palette and we used the method of lacing, that I have doing, to be a part of our project!

Colors used:
All colors were mixed with 1 part paint, 1/2 part floetrol, a squirt of liquitex pouring medium and water to thin.
Prussian Blue and Payne’s Grey-luquitex basics
Turquoise mixed with Jenkins Green-liquitex basics
Burnt Sienna-Grumbacher with Ultramarine Violet-
Golden’s
Pink-Arteza mixed with the Burnt Sienna and
Ultramarine Violet
Yellow Ochre-Amsterdam mixed with Kings Gold-
Folk Art
Cherry Red-DecoArts with Prussian Blue
Base Coat:
3 parts floetrol
2 parts artist loft acrylic flow white
1 part GAC 800
1/2 part liquitex pouring medium
1/2 part satin enamel
Water to thin!

So fun and really like the simplicity and minimalism in these techniques! Why do you suppose you got so much more celling than Sarah? Possibly because there was more surface area covered by the colored paints that ” pulled against “ the base coat. Although satin enamel is not listed in your base... did you use any at all? So excited about fluid artists mixing their paint colors! I understand that pouring automatically mixes colors, but custom colors add unique, rich dimensions in range. In art school, critiques often disparaged raw, unmixed, right out of the tube color usage. Love your enthusiasm, talent and faithful exploration in painting.
