its been 8 years since CFV:G was first aired... i remember first discovering and watching all of CFV and G about 5 years ago up until the latest episodes then watching it weekly until the end... blows my mind...
I never properly watched seasons 2 through 4 of the original--though I've more than made up for it with clips and such, plus too many wiki crawls--because I spoiled S2 for myself after 1 episode. I was not very tolerant of mysteries back then. And yes, I still regret it. I did watch all of Beyblade's Metal Saga and the OG Bakugan though. Seriously, is there any show that balances the old and new generations of characters so well? Aichi's cohort get dozens of spotlighted fights without detracting from Chrono and Tokoha (I ship them) and Shion and all the rest. And Diffriding is just the coolest thing ever.
Same bro, I was watching it weekly for Stride Gate then stopped, caught up then started watching it again weekly from G:NEXT all the way till the end. I was in middle school now I'm in my 2nd year of University, time flies...
As an OG fan, I disliked it at first but it grew on me. I might honestly agree with you, it had new frech characters and still kept the old cast that we loved, the TCG was also at its peak
@@johnnysins4940 hm, maybe so. but seven months later I’ve found better animes. Naruto, is pretty good. but it’s not in my top. Cardfight Vanguard is still up in my favorites tho, but not my number one anymore.
Vanguard G Next's opening is by far the best. The music is absolutely a bop and it does a nice job of introducing new character, also now my boy Chrono is a worker and I could not be happier.
I really like Aichi and Yuyu but they're so timid, they don't look like main characters. Chrono is what a shonen main character looks like: he's strong, he's loud, he has red hair and a unique deck that no one has and he's honestly hilarious, like that time he screamed at Ibuki complaining about how he handles things and called him "old" and he was like "I'm only 20", so iconic.
Who went to Albany New York for a vanguard tournament I had some good and bad memories the good I came in 1 160th Pl. out of 400 The downside was I got my ass kicked by dimension police guy went from grade 0 to grade 4 and wait to be out on the first turn
i really wish they would’ve just used the japanese songs after break it in the english dub instead of using break it over and over again because they didn’t have the budget to dub the new songs
It wasn’t really the budget that was the problem. Most of the JP songs that you hear in this video are exclusive to Japan and are subjected to copyright laws in their region. It’s not the budgets fault, but laws definitely apply restrictions.
To this day I wish the series continued from where G left off and stayed in the same universe Now don't get me wrong- The V series and IF were ok, But I honestly find overdress to be so BORING......
@@Tfbrave Future fight tables in the original Vanguard, meanwhile in Overdress the tables barely reach their knees. And i'm suppose to believe this takes place like 50+ years after G? XD

I prefer aichi over Chrono any day plus when aichi puts in work it feels more deserved especially if you know what he went through during the link joker arc.
For real I like Chrono more than Aichi and Yu-yu (they have my respect tho) something about him just always spoke to me and he has Ichigo Kurosaki vibes. It's a little too soon the same for Akina but I have hopes him😄
