First, Thank you for sharing this. Our family recently visited the museum and it exceeded our expectations by far. It is the most beautiful museum I have ever visited in my life. I recommend to everyone planning a visit to watch this film before you go. I wish I had. It would have helped me to understand Mrs. Gardner's vision and quest more. It is an awe inspiring place to visit. She was a very talented artist in her own right, just by how she arranged all the art work in perfect harmony.
I have a very rare painting iv had for over forty years in my family. the painting is sign by benedict sponiza and the style is Rembrandt it prove that sponoza and Rembrandt did know one another the back inside of stretcher have not seen the writings but arrows suggest their are.painting have tiny images of faces of people and creatures and small writtings letters,i am seeking to sell the one of a kind painting by Spinoza and rembrandt
