@@hem9156how can anyone ignore when he is extending his hands and showing the letter directly in the court. Body language and behaviour is also an expression. And it doesn't change the fact that the collector has written it directly to them.... In the end they'll not take accountability and scold the lawyers who actually told them not to give it

Right step by Judge. DM cannot write a letter directly to a judge due to the principle of separation of powers and the need to maintain judicial independence. The judiciary must remain independent and free from any executive influence or pressure. Any communication between the executive (DM) and the Judge typically goes through proper channels, often via the state’s law department or through official legal procedures, to ensure transparency.

The system of collegium judges electing judhes is pretty new to India which is corrupt and that needs to stop if not so long if govt did mistakes there were judges to question the govt and if judges does mistakes the govt used to question the judges. But now if govt does mistake then judhes are there to question but if judhes does mistake nobody are there to question. "Legislatore cannot elect a judge.." *legislature never elected judhes in past also. Legislatures duty is making law. Duty of judiciary = enforcement of that law; executive duty is to maintain that law and order.

आदरणीय जज साहब बहुत अच्छी हिंदी बोलते हैं। अपने टिप्पणियों में, "इनकी स्वेच्छाधारिता आसमान को छू रही है।" जैसे कई वाक्यों का प्रयोग किया है। स्थानीय भाषा को इसी प्रकार सहजता से न्यायपालिका में जितना ज्यादा प्रयोग किया जाए, उससे आम आदमी को भी कोर्ट की कार्यवाही ज्यादा समझ आने लगेगी।

it was the guy jo voh letter lekar aaya tha...but advocate ko pta tha kya hone waala hai esliye nahi de rha tha..pr judge ko ekhna tha ki yeh letter diya kisne.....esliye usne maanga..problem yeh hai ki voh bnda decorum nahi smj paya usko advocate ne already mana kiya tha ki letter mat laana..pr voh fir bhi laya...esliye judge ko gussa aaya...ek letter dekhkar judge faisla thodi suna dega...

That’s what I was thinking, he didn’t officially gave the letter to the judge, judge demanded them to hand it in despite them refusing. He can just say the letter was not meant to be handed in. Idk, these people in power, be it IPS, IAS or a judge, have a horrible attitude.
