This Mid-week we were able to head over to Buies Creek, North Carolina to check out the Campbell Camels taking on the East Carolina Pirates. Both of these rosters are loaded with talent and the on the field action certainly did not disappoint.
My personal player of the game has to have been Grant Knipp, Campbell's starting catcher who hit a 3 run home run and drove in 4 rbi's on the day, then recorded a one inning save to secure the 7-6 Camel's victory.
Jim Perry Stadium is a phenomenal place to take in a college baseball game. There truly isn't a bad seat in the house, and they are constantly finding new ways to improve their fan experience. That being said, as it is the fan experience is phenomenal, and I highly recommend heading to the Creek to go check it out for yourself!
