University of Ibadan is hard o, go and read your book.
That was probably the first statement I heard when I entered Ui in February 2017.
In this video, I'll be taking you on a tour of the first and best university in Nigeria and i'll be sharing a couple of experiences about my time in Ui.
I hope this video brings a smile to your face as much of a smile to your face as it did to mine.

I will always remember coming to study Medicine in Ui as a 16 year old in 1985. Tedder hall, 2nd MB. ABH Qualified in 1991.a ruthlessly competitive but inspiring environment. Met some of the best minds in Nigeria. Aluta continua. It is good to see that this great institution has continued to thrive against the odds. Don't Give up😊

🇬🇭 🇬🇭. The University of Ibadan (UI) and the university of Ghana were both establish by the British as colleges of the university of London in 1948. But the university of Ghana became autonomous university in 1961, one year before university of Ibandon became an independent university in 1962. So university of Ghana is One year older than university of Ibandon based on the year both universities became independent.

Very informative and inspiring to watch. Would love to come back to Nigeria to do like a summer course at UI for the experience. I met so many brilliant Nigerian students at my University here in the UK. Really enjoyed my time with them. I love being a Nigerian even though I only spent 11 years of my there.

Best according to OAU students...but officially ITS UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN BACK TO BACK...challenged once in a while by CONVENANT.Currently 4th best in Africa and one if 300plus world wide
