Yup. And why not? 95 Billion to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan to help them fight wars we have no business in? While Americans can’t afford groceries etc? And the list goes on.
Money to Taiwan and Ukraine, I understand. Beyond the Ukraine lies Poland and we know how that went the last time. As far as Israel is concerned, they are the bad guys in this case and our slaughtering tens of thousands of women and children. Meanwhile, Fox News paints these protest as pro Hamas they are not.

I feel like the u.s.a isn't the manager of the world.. why do people expect us to do anything.. how about we worry about our own problems... we have plenty, let's make our country better and more efficient. Let everyone else handle their own business.
Remember when president Trump was in office and there was zero wars started. Our military was being removed from countries and places that they didn't belong in?
It really is though. Many of us don't like it but it's the way the world played out as it progressed. If it wasn't for the USA we would all be speaking German right now. If it wasn't for the USA China would size Taiwan in a heartbeat and continue to take over growing as an even more dominant super power. If not for the USA South Korea would of nuked someone by now. If it wasn't for the USA there would be 10x the bloodshed in the middle east and an inevitable ww3 would have already come. The list goes on and on. We don't just regulate we also ensure we stay the absolute most dominant threat on this planet as the f around and find out country. This position the US is in also ensures our own safety as no country on the planet has the balls to try us. In many ways I agree with the majority we need to focus on our own. However vanishing from other countries now would only lead to our return for war. Staying out of the wars that would ensue from that would only lead to other countries invading, absorbing others, and eventually lead to trying to invade us.
Yeah that is funny! It’s not like idk… Christians lived and still live in Palestine and Gaza and Israel has bombed three of the oldest churches in the world. But I guess Jesus only matters when he’s on ur side right? Who cares
Here's the cold hard truth of the matter, I don't know where this notion of, "We need to take care only of our country because what happens out there doesn't affect us" started but it is so misguided and so far off it's genuinely scary. First and foremost, isolationism for the US is economically and diplomatically impossible due to the amount of global power we have as the only military superpower(Russia hasn't been since the Cold War) and due to the amount of interactions we have with other countries relative to trade and also organizations such as the UN. Secondly, all you have to do is think slightly critically and you'll see that if we let foreign conflicts go, it could very easily backfire for us. For example, many complain that the Russo-Ukrainian war is not our business but if Ukraine were to be annexed by Russia we'd have a situation that shapes up close to a mini Eastern-Bloc all over again and Russia would realize that it can get away with a lot more than just Ukraine. Foreign conflicts affect foreign policy and trade and will then also affect us because that's how intermingling countries work. Finally, just on a humanitarian, moral, ethical, and freedom platform, how can we say we are a country of freedom and then stand by as another country's freedom is attempted to be stripped away from them by opportunistic dictators and authoritarian warmongers? At the end of the day the idea that we should put "America First", at least in the way it's interpreted and used, is fundamentally wrong and would lead to a collapse or worse of our country. - Courtesy of your friendly neighborhood registered Independent and political centrist
You have given the most intelligent response I’ve seen so far and that, ashamedly, includes mine. Well said, however, it’s so very important for us to tend to our own bleeding 🩸 wounds so we don’t die as a nation, because if we die, we can’t help anyone anywhere. You know the old adage “ clean up your own backyard before you try to clean your neighbors?” That, I think, applies here. I would just really like to say thank you again for being intelligent and absolutely factual and reasonable in your answer, very refreshing and so appreciated. 👏👏👏👏
Even though you spoke nothing but facts, you're yelling into the void, I'm afraid. RU-vid News Channel comment sections are dominated by troglodytes who spend too much time on Facebook. They act like people are stupid for valuing human life or wanting change and deflect conversations that aren't going their way to irrelevant topics because their egos are all that matter to them. There's really no reasoning with them.
Actually here’s the cold hard truth, we’re not trying to liberate people, we’re not spreading democracy, we’re not supporting other countries because we’re moral. We’re doing it be our politicians are greedy. They get millions of dollars from AIPAC to be on Israel’s side. They get millions from being invested in the military industrial complex for any war we’re “ aiding “.
These people are willing to bash a cop's head in, because they believe a group of people in another country are being mistreated, makes no sense does it?. Bring back Law and Order.
I mean, 95 billion going out of the country. Nothing to help young peoples future. “How are you gonna pay for it” whenever a bill is for helping Americans
Ukraine is getting outdated munitions that the US government would’ve had to pay to be recycled. Lots of the money is going to stay in the country because it’s set aside for research and development of weapons to replace the ones that went to Ukraine.
About time. It’s a sacrilege that this was allowed to go so far. Shame on those who have allowed this appalling behaviour. There are going to be many regrets.

At minute 1:47 the gal Malak Afaneh says: "Quite frankly I think it's important that people align themselves with Palestinian resistance". So, she's advocating for the normalization and acceptance of masked gunmen storming into a civilians house, recording and broadcasting the incineration of a baby in its crib, the violation and unaliveing of the wife, making the husband watch and then unalive him? This is the moral compass of today's young generation? (Sorry for the odd choice of words, RU-vid has issues with the use of the R and K words).

Younger generations are always the ones to speak out on injustice because they have the time to fight, the time to research and study the topic, the desire to make a change in the world they are taking over, and the belief they can make a change. As you get older you start to care less and are more focused on your self and your own family.
The time to make rash judgements. The time to find a cause that promotes division. The time to not have any idea how long conflicts have gone back and forth without a clear answer. The time to not realize that people continue to help others but not in ways that hurt or damage. The time to have it backwards about when you are more focused on yourself and when you try to assist others when you've gotten a job and have a means to make meaningful change without hopefully adding to one side or the other's pain.
