Waking up really early just to exercise when you’re not a morning person is pure discipline! I’ve done that sometimes before when I was 19 or 20 since that was the only time I could meet with a personal trainer with my busy college and work schedule but after a couple of months I just couldn’t handle it.

I’m the same way about when I leave the house! I do have OCD though, and that’s part of mine. If I go too many places I feel like I HAVE to shower before I can really be comfy and relax. Especially if I used a public bathroom 😷 cause the thought of sitting on a public toilet and then in my bed is disgusting lol

I can tell you I’ve always been a natural night owl, my nights were very similar to yours and so was my sleeping in late or feeling tired and rushed mornings I had to get up early for school.. I finally learned a few years ago that my stress, anxiety and overall happiness is insanely different since I’ve worked myself into an early morning routing, I struggle bc I am still a night owl and it’s hard to get to bed I love my cozy night time too so that’s a struggle like why can’t we thrive on just a few hours sleep hahah. No but I wish I’d known sooner just how much better I’d feel to get on a schedule and get up early. Waking early I feel I start my day out feeling proud and inspired simply from making myself get up rather then sleep in to then struggle to sleep that night. I give myself more freedom on breaks or weekends but IM TELLING YOU, as a fellow night owl, get yourself on a routine, you get where you naturally romanticize and look forward to mornings😘

I’m 50. And let me tell you I always thought the same way you do on being a morning person. Being 50 now I have just accepted that I am a night owl ❤ going to bed at 1-2am getting up around 9-10 am. That is just me. I feel like my whole life people give us night owls a bad rap. Like we are lazy or something. We all have a natural body clock. I have accepted mine. So to answer your question it doesn’t change as you get older 😂❤
