When I was in college I washed my hair everyday. I have really oily hair so I sort of have to. I also had to pull my hair up and out of my face in either some sort of clip or in a ponytail and then wrap it into a sort of bun. On Clinical Days (Nursing Student) we had to put covers on our heads when we went into certain hospitals for training. Thank you for showing your self care days.

Peppermint, Chamomile, & Earl Grey tea are my favorites. They aren’t super strong, most of them have a “watered down” taste so it’s easier for me to tolerate. I also drink ginger tea for my stomach but not my favorite flavor wise.

I have to wash my hair daily. It’s pretty oily and being at a barn for work/riding, I get sweaty. Also, for bloat- I find Dr. Pepper makes me bloated. I never know why. But I just drink tons of water amd it seems to help.

My girl was wired so bad the day after her spay, she developed adhesions at her indecision site. The vets said to keep her calm but I said ‘ she’s like a rubber band bouncing off things ‘ 😆 I did find a way to keep her settled which was me laying in bed with her so she slept and she healed fine. 💖
