I've seen a lot of college decision reaction videos in the past and this is by far my favorite I've ever seen. Your reactions are so genuine and wholesome. I know you said to not compare ourselves to you, but I would like to do just that because it your video inspires me so much to push myself to my absolute limits. Appreciate you so much bro, congrats on all the well-deserved acceptances! Also, an EC's and full in-depth stats video would be so helpful!
This video was amazing!!!!!Congrats on all the colleges you got into and I'm a rising senior, so I'm definitely excited for this year and for my college decisions💗💗
CONGRATULATIONS!!! This was the kind of motivation I needed going into junior year lol, do you have any tips or advice on how to manage your schedule? it would be really appreciated. Thanks!
@@urvashikumra4935 Have you finished taken the SAT yet? I remember junior year, I’d wake up a little early to get SAT prep done in the morning and then get ready for school. Try to do as much homework as possible at school and do activities that you genuinely like and have a passion for. When you get home, organize all your work and studying with a to do list and calendar and do your work in the order of what’s most urgent or important. Also, when you have a test, note it in your calendar and try to study daily for the test. Balancing is all about prioritization!
CONGRATS CHRIS!!! I literally both laughed and cried while watching this video. You’re so deserving and an amazing person🫶. Enjoy Harvard with Isaac and Hugo! (this is Will from the Richmond Scholars weekend btw :D)
Can you read some of your essays/ do a full stats and etc video? I’m also coming into my sophomore year, can you give me any advice for extracurricular activities that are unique ? Tyy
Of course, I'm working on a video shortly! For extracurriculars, my honest advice is to just try out anything you might find interesting or cool. Don't try to do ecs just for college applications but instead for personal enjoyment and fulfillment.
@@imans_days_2134. Thank you! I won’t know for sure until I view my file, but I had good stats, ECs that I was genuinely passionate about, and I wrote my essays well!
Why am I tearing up??? Congratulations! 🎉🥳🥳🥳🥳💪🏾🏆🏆🥇🥇🥇🥇❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am so very proud of you young man… I am so interested in your extracurriculars… #New-subscriber
Omg, you're insane man! With all those acceptances, I would love to hear about your ec's, as I'm so sure that you'll be able to explain each of them with much passion. Congrats on being an exceptional student, I'm certain that you've worked hard for this title and thus, I feel extremely proud of you. 😁
Congratulations on all the acceptances!!! I hope to do a similar video in the future, as I am a rising senior. P.S. I love your vivienne necklace and death note imagery
Hey man i loved the video. I will be applying as an international student this year so i really want to know the base of your essay and some tips in another video
Hey Chris I love the work doing such an inspirational im 15 I still have couple of years for me to go to college but I wanted to know how did you get into all theses ivy did you a non-profit organization let me know thanks 🙏🏾 ❤
Hey! I mostly did ecs that I found interesting and had a passion for. I worked with the elderly and did things like cooking club, student council, etc.
Just starting my freshman year in school this year, you're such a inspiration! Do you have some advice what should I in my freshman year and can you share some activities that you did?
It's only your freshman year, I recommend you take it slow! Take time to make sure you maintain good grades and explore different activities. Try out anything that you think you might even potentially enjoy! Worry about college later and enjoy high school
Hello, congratulations on your admission to Harvard University. I'm also 28 years old hoping for Harvard University. Can I make up for my low high school grades if I get a high SAT?
i’m posting this comment only bc i’m an international student and it is not clear to me to this point. Why did you apply EA to more than one college? is this possible? Can someone explain me this?? thx
You can apply EA to more than one school but you can only do ED or REA (restrictive EA) to only one school. You get a decision back earlier if you do EA and it can also help with your chances!
@@ParleyFord Thank you! I think overall, my stats were good, I pursued extracurriculars I was genuinely interested in, and I wrote good, personalized essays :)
I won't truly know until I check my admissions file, but I think it was a combination of things. My academics were good and my extracurriculars were very genuine. On top of that, I wrote good essays that showcased my personality well.
@@newkid9466 just make outstanding essay that the college admission officers would look at compared to other students applying to this university if your really serious about it
