i'm at university (UK) studying film and i think the main reason for me not dropping out is as follow: - free industry standard kit to create short films for a WAAAAAY lower budget than if i were to actually hire kit - contacts into the industry & lecturers who know certain (not defined) pathways into the industry - people who think the same as me and can crew for me on films that I direct

To those saying that Casey has "no idea what he's talking about in this field" due to the fact that he didn't go to college. Understand that he never outright said YOU MUST go to college. Rather, he says to aggregate all the knowledge you obtain from all caveats of your life. From your family life to your academic life. Learn from your life, from your failures, your friends' failures, and by using that knowledge is how you formulate your own path to your definition of success. IF you believe your path to success is not university, then there you go, you don't need university. But if you have no path in this life, then keep taking in knowledge from the opportunities you have until you know your path.

As a person that I can relate to through my own personal experience, I had to drop out of College in order to help support not just myself, but for my family as well. Watching this video really made me feel good about the experiences that I have on a day to day basis no matter how good or bad because at the end of the day, your success is dependent on you, just like what you said. I start a great career soon and after hearing your advice, I feel very motivated and eager to start. Even at my age (20) I have a lot to learn, but that doesn't I shouldn't stop learning. I'm graduating from university in about 6 weeks and I think your advice is spot-on. The classes and jobs and experiences which were the hardest and most unpleasant at the time were the ones which helped me the most in figuring out who I am and what I actually want to do. Dunno why so many people are complaining in the comments, I found it very motivating and true to my experience.

Casey runs everyday more than I run in a week, but never gets thinner. The reason is that when you sleep your body realeased hormones, when those hormones that you gain everyday don't get released they add to your body mass which basically means you get fatter, so yes sleeping does make you become thinner in some percentage and our friend here, Casey, barely gets enough sleep everyday, you should be getting 8 hours of sleep a night when he gets about half of that every night, the man is very busy I know but he should care about his health as much as his work. Like so Casey can see👍🏽
