LET'S GOOOOO! Been looking forward to a fresh dynasty on the channel. It's been a LONG time since I started a big climb to the top like this one. I can't wait to get the games underway and to find the best 1 star RBs in the country.
Have you noticed that there is now mid game safe point if you have to leave the game, you’re playing a dynasty in the second quarter for whatever reason you can’t just come back like in madden from where you left off this is gotta get fixed man I unfortunately am not RU-vidr and can’t play as much and so, I don’t have the time to sit there and always play a full game. This needs to be fixed, it’s already in Madden
For those who are new and just coming across Mr Hurricane, trust me he is one of the BEST content creators for sports games. You will not regret following this series and his channel. He previous Dynasties have been amazing and in depth. Couldn't recommend more honestly.
@@jjsmit3684that’s what makes watching cane entertaining, he’s not perfect, sometimes he’s not even good, but he’s okay with it and it provides a more varied and realistic experience
Former Broncos 1st round pick and PGA Tour Icon Adam Cain. Now a head coach in Buffalo. Hopefully he can have a better coaching tenure than Tim Cannon has had in New Orleans so far.
Reminder that Adam Cain actually has some past history in Buffalo too, however minor: after he got cut from the Broncos in the Madden 20 franchise, the Buffalo Bills eventually signed him late into Year 5 after Josh Allen got sidelined with a pulled groin, and he actually got to start during that timeframe. (There's a funny bit about it in the "HUGE Game vs Jessie Heikenen & the Dolphins (Y5:G11)" episode: Adam's name popped up in the around-the-league halftime show, but Cane didn't notice until he was recording his voiceover; he immediately freaked out over it.) In his first start in three years, Adam certainly made his mark… which is to say, he threw three picks in a 17-42 pummeling at the hands of Oliver Raymond's Chargers. Nonetheless, he stayed the starter until Allen came back, then spent the next season as Kalispell legend Brandon Warren's backup in Minnesota before finally falling out of the league. If you don't count his cameo in the later Titans series, those couple of weeks in Buffalo marked the final few times he'd ever start an NFL game; and so, where one football dream ended, another football dream begins… (I blew my chance to bring this up during the PGA Tour series, so you bet I'm gonna pull my big book o' minute factoids out now!!! :P)
Adam Cain, the pro golfer that moonlit as a clipboard holder on NFL sidelines. Recruiting is going to be the biggest challenge for I'm guessing the first 5 seasons of this rebuild at minimum.
I feel like I'm back in middle school, haven't been this excited for a series for SO LONG. This is going to be right up there with UTSA and Kalispell I can already feel it. Enjoy the process Cane this is going to be a lot of fun!!!
I've had season tickets at UB since 1999... I've been playing NCAA 14 for a decade where I turn the bulls into Alabama basically winning 12 national championships... Now my grind starts in this game and it's real tough.. but I already got a three-star athlete quarterback with 92 speed and 92 throw power... Horns up
@@MrHurriicaneI also recommend merging the 6 best teams from the mountain west into the pac 12 in year two. A full merger is more likely but you can’t do that in the game(have to have 4 teams in a conference except for the pac 12. Moving 6 to make the pac and leaving the mountain west with 7 felt right). Just make sure you change the conference rules to add a conference championship
Fun fact: I went to high school with the buffalo starting qb when Khalil Mack was at UB. Tony Daniel he was a few years ahead of me and I remember when 14 came out I played with them cause he was our first big star (School opened in ‘08, west Georgia school) and I was like who is this beast edge rusher? Little did I know it would turn out to be one of the best edge guys of our generation. Looking forward to the series Hurriicane.
Back in the NCAA 12/13 days Uconn used to be considered a rivalry game. I was a big Uconn fan because of their basketball glory. Had some fun matches. Go Buffalo now tho!
Something I found out from playing Buffalo myself: the temple owls have a rivalry game with them. It’s pretty fun to play against them in the eagles stadium with everything rocking, and for the first few seasons you’ll have comparable players. I scheduled them out of spite because they beat me out for some recruits and was surprised it’s a rivalry
Cannot stress enough how important fully scouting players is. Especially with 29 seniors. You want to find as many gems as possible that are capable of contributing day one.
@@greatestlegendjt6253 we shouldn’t need to set house rules to make the game “harder”. Understand if it’s been out 10 years & you’re looking for new experiences or ways to play
UB alum here! I got to watch Khalil Mack for the duration of his career at UB while i was there. we may have sucked but man was he a cut above everyone else on the field! was so much fun to go to the games and watch him play, then see him turn into a hall of fame NFL player
Not sure if this was done on purpose but you have coach firing set to "off". If you change it to CPU only, you're job will stay safe while still seeing coach turnover in the universe. Excited for the new series!
As someone doing a Rutgers OC dynasty who only gets 550 recruiting hours per week it is challenging. After watching a few videos I finally figured out how to get a few four stars per draft class to mix in with my bevy of three stars.
it feels so good to see cane with a massive rebuild again. i cannot wait. the amount of times I've rewatched both the Kallispell and Minnisota dynasties is unreal.
Seeing you pick UB as a longtime fan of the channel when I’m currently a law student at UB gets me so excited for this series! Simply cannot wait to see what you can do for my bulls! Horns up!
I’m currently doing a dynasty on Bowling green and I can say this is the most fun I’ve had in a while, the first year we went 3-9, but after recruiting and hitting the portal we are currently 3-2(1-0) . I’ve been watching your videos for years ever since your Jacksonville Jaguars franchise all those years ago and I can honestly say your the reason I got back into madden. Keep up the good work Cane🙏🏽
I also did a buffalo dynasty first and somehow policare developed into a serviceable backup and Lamar sperling has turned into a 92 overall player his senior year
I'm going to enjoy this as a UB alum that suffered a few couple win seasons, got to see them win the MAC in Detroit and then go to their first bowl game in Toronto. Now they are the primary reason I have ESPN+.
I am looking forward to seeing how this rebuild goes. I do have a suggestion that may help you in the long run. I would look at as many 1 and 2 star athletes as possible, They seem to have more versatility in the long run, but may be a bit under sized but will have more speed and acceleration at times, You should find a few gems in there as well, and who knows you may even find the QB your looking for to begin a good run with.
This is the long form dynasty grind and team building series I’ve been waiting for since Kalispell ended. It’s like Christmas Day, except it happens every day you post. Can’t wait for this one, keep up the work. I’ll comment 5 years down the road when you’ve finished season 15
I opened the RU-vid app and this was the first video at the top of the feed and I GASPED. I don’t know why but I was not expecting to see your main dynasty up so soon but I’m excited!
At 2:55 there's a QB recruit from my hometown small town of Bridgton! I have never ever seen that in a game! For maine it's always Bangor, Westbrook, or Augusta. Bridgton has an academy for high schoolers that need extra help to get into college. It too has a football team that nfl star Victor Cruz played for.
Buffalo feels like a great choice given the sheer number of Kennesaw State/App State/ECU rebuilds I'm already seeing online. Those teams are great options too, but it's nice to see something different!
MrHurricane is the best at Dynasty/Franchise on youtube. Realistic approach with long term story telling with former players with previous series as coaches. Great content
So cool to me you're doing a series with my own hometown team! They were cooking with Leipold, but that's the nature of CFB. The little programs feed the big ones. Funny that you want to move them because that's what I always did in the old games. The Big East was always a perfect fit when it was still around and Syracuse made a good in-state rival.
Hey Cane, if you go to games and scores on the CFB tab, you can press X on a matchup and force a win for either team. That can help fix the bad sim logic
i've found that 6 minute quarters with no clock run off gets you between 100-120 plays a game. its also good because you will often need to make a lot of adjustments at the line and that gives you the time to do that
Hey Cane, can't believe its took me a couple weeks before realising you'd started a College Football 25 Dynasty series. I've been watching a few people series and i think your the only one who has shown some of those screens, particularly it looks like you can upgrade players throughout the season with skill points, which I don't think anyone else has shown or referenced. I thought it was just the usual end of season training boosts that would happen automatically on previous games, but now it seems like you can manually do it if you get enough skill points which is cool. No other content creator has shown that screen
I’m so excited to see another Cane rebuild. I started on this channel on the Minnesota Gophers rebuild with Andy McKenzie and have been a huge fan ever since
Just a tip for recruiting, usually around week 10 I like to go find 3 and 4 star guys who didn’t get scholarship offers and aren’t pursued by big teams. It feels realistic to give to those “afterthought” guys.
Lamar Sperling played at Archbishop Hoban and was the 2022 Ohio Mr. Football winner, he’s going to be really good! Had 55 rushing touchdowns on 377 carries with 3,511 rushing yards in 15 games not including the state title game that year!
Mrhurriicane is by far the best on RU-vid. I've been watching him since my freshman year of high school. I'm now 26 and happy to see he is still going strong
I am a proud UB alumni so I am very excited to see you hopefully make our program relevant! It is NOT the focal point of the school and the stadium sucks but I'm sure you'll find a way to improve that
So stoked for this series! I know you’re going to kill it per usual! As a Kansas fan, I’m so glad we were able to get HC Lance Leipold from Buffalo! Definitely some big shoes to fill. Also in case you mention him again, it’s pronounced Lie-pold even though it’s spelled Lei. Can’t wait until episode 2 comes out! Best of luck Cane! 💪
