This is a tutorial on how to do the recruiting overhaul in Revamped by Fang on PC and PS3. PS3 users will need to decrypt their save file when moving it to their PC.
Thank you to Fang for creating such an amazing and innovative mod and thank you to the entire Revamped team for breathing new life back into my favorite game of all time.

I suck at tech and this took me forever to do, but you helped me through it and I thank you so much :), also if I switch to a new dynasty will I have to redo any steps?

Thanks for the vid! So when moving onto the next season, how do we generate fangs realistic recruits again? Which process would we have to repeat?

No problem, hope that it helped! To answer your question, the process for future seasons is simply to just run the tool after you have generated recruits, essentially just the last step that I show in this video. The RCAT and Faces.ast and all of that stuff are a one time thing. Only time you would have to redo those steps is if something happened that forced you to get completely clean copies of the QKLs, such as if you had to reinstall Revamped or updated it. Which again, is why I stress the importance of backups because I have been in that situation before and it’s not fun lol

Hmm. So far I've been able to do everything with the editors and I did not receive an error message, but when I load up the dynasty file to generate the recruits, there is no change. Any idea on what I could have done wrong?

What folder am I decrypting if on PS3? I downloaded the USR folder but it would not let me decrypt it, it only kept reading my dynasty folder.

When I open up the file normally I can see and interact with the qkl_fe2ig file but when I use the AST editor I can't open it

Hey, I’m at the step where I put the 04664 file into the db editor for the first time and I’m getting the “unhandled exception has occurred in your application” error is there a fix that you would know? (At the 3:30 time mark)

yeah im having this issue as well and i cant figure out why, im getting "Unable to load DLL tdbaccess.dll: The specified module could not be found.

When I run the RO.exe program it opens and closes super quickly without making any changes to the dynasty file. Any fix for this?

Make sure that you are ONLY uploading your user data. not the whole folder. This was happening to me, I did that, fixed the whole thing. If that doesn't work, I don't know.

Thank you! After testing, I found it failed when using a teambuilder team from the "100+" files. When using a team already in the system, it worked just fine. Couldn't identify the specific fault, but at least I can use it now! 😎@@Ultraysss
