Your room looks so lovely! Also something I'm always surprised about is that in the US you almost always are sharing your dorm. In the UK you tend to get your own room (there are sometimes sharing options but they're not as common) and you share a bathroom, but there is also options/the chance you get your own bathroom.

For your orchid you should fill it up to the rim of the plastic cup and leave for 10 min then dump out all of the water make sure not to leave it wet. You only have to do this once a week

Yes, this is the hill! All the rooms are different in shape and size, but my room did have the nice dip in the wall! You’ll love it at the hill, it’s so much fun💛💛

I think it is a common colour scheme because it's simple, works well together and there are a lot of 'mainstream' (basically things you can easily find in like target, ikea, anywhere really) places you can find products in those colours at. Personally I'm trying to go for a 'starry night' theme with midnight blue, black, grey and maybe a bit of yellow. But that's just me personally 🤷‍♀️
