Thank you both for sharing this. My daughter will be in Sout Quad as a freshman this fall. They had pictures on the USC website but this vid helped tremendously. Now we know what to get.
Thank you Kate for this video! My son put East Quad as his first choice because he’s a business major but South Quad as second. Do you have to be an engineering major for South if East fills up? It’s our hope he’s in a LLC but worried he won’t fit in South if engineering isn’t his major. Hope that makes sense. UofSC dorm selection is different than most. Appreciate you!
Hi! I really want to go to u of sc. I just have a question. If I choose one of the quads as my living option, would I be living in the apartment with other girls or do the genders mix since we’d have our own rooms?? :)
maleia minter I absolutely love it. The campus is so beautiful (besides the heat). Also we have the best game day tailgating in the SEC. There’s definitely always an opportunity to have some fun on the weekends (and weekdays lol) . It’s important to find a good balance with school too tho!
Hey! I'm living in South Quad this upcoming year and wondering what size shower curtain you got because it doesn't say it online and I don't want mine to be too short or too long
I’m an international business major starting in the fall 2020 and I’m so indecisive on where i should dorm!!! I’m stuck between East quad or Patterson or if u have another place to form lemme know but advice much needed!!!
Target! And no I'm not sure- I'm sure there would be similar ones on the website though. My bed was adjustable so I raised it so I could fit those underneath.
Hey, I'll be going to South Carolina in the fall, and I really want to live in South or East Quad. I feel like having rooms with privacy would be fantastic. Applications for housing just came out and I was wondering if you had any tips or advice for how to raise your chances of getting the room and roommates you want? Thanks
Matthew Wacker I think the Quads are definitely great places to live! To increase your odds, you can apply to the according living learning community. (Example: Rhodos Fellows is South Quad) You can request one roommate in the Quads, but the other two suite mates will be random.
