College Midterms Week in My Life - StuDYING & Exams - Michigan State University 

I seriously give you a lot of credit!!!😄 1. Staying focus and productive 2. Shooting a video and editing it (that right there is ALREADY a strenuous process) 3. Taking down notes for your exams. 4. Still having an even better attitude than most people would. All while trying to deal with having anxiety. I go through the same thing as well, so you are not alone. I don't want to sit here and tell you what to do, but if you need to take a breather or even a short break please do because by all means you deserve it. -Listening to music -Watching something funny -Going for a walk -Playing with your pets -Getting some sunlight -Getting some sleep -Drawing ☆☆Or even doing what you did in this video which was opening up about how you feel. It takes a strong person to show their emotions let alone sharing them.❤ Basically doing the things that makes you happy are some ways to deal with stress and anxiety. One thing I like to tell myself is "Yes it's great to keep up with your work, but what good would it do if you're not in the right state of mind." Instead it could just have the total opposite effect if I strain myself too much. Anyways I am so proud of you. You must've done amazing on your exams. Thanks for putting up your videos. Hi!! A few weeks back I made a small mistake on a midterm that ended up causing me to get a D on it when I should've gotten an A (sounds weird but it's because of a departmental rule in my major where you get a ton of points off assignments for spelling a proper noun wrong) and I went to my professor's office hours after getting my grade back and ended up bawling in front of her. Luckily she was super nice about it and hugged me but I just wanted to say that it happens sometimes!! Thanks for being so real about your experience with anxiety!

My brother just sent me this video and girl this is too relatable. I go to MSU and struggle with test horrible test anxiety and during a math exam turned it in half blank because I started having a panic attack and walked out. If you ever need anything don’t hesitate to reach out. I had three exams this last week and somehow in a far fetched world made it through. 😩

And trust me doing yoga every morning helps you very very very much for mental health and for much more yoga is really helpful 💜💜 and later i got to know about bts their songs healed me very very much like their lyrics always kept me motivated and far away from anxiety and depression

Honestly my school doesnt care much about mental health so if i even insisted that i get extra time they wouldve fake smiled and told me no. Usually when i have panic attacks at school or in public the paranoia and fear never shows on my face because showing emotion will just prove weakness. Ive talked about this with my therapist but i cant visualize myself getting better.

I had a panic attack immediately walking into one of my exams. My professor told me to come back in two days and I could take it then, which was very nice, but I ended up crying in the bathroom for an hour.

When you were in that difficult situation during the exam, is there anything that might have helped you? I mean, what would have had to happen for you to be able to complete the question? ok listen girl you gotta wear a sunscreen, ideally everyday, but ESPECIALLY if you're using a vit c serum!! that makes your skin so so sensitive to the sunlight and the more sensitive it is= more likely to get skin cancer so plz use a sunscreen ily :(

TRY listening to Quran it helps me a lot or not...

I will give u an advise not to put a product contains hyaluronic acid at morning because it makes skin highly sensitive to light ... this will cause you problems
