@@simsphilia do you mean the where the "TSRx4" file is?,The problem is that when i launch the game on ea app it will temporarily load then just disappear while the sims 4 game is not showing/launching even shortcut...

it ever happened to me too, and it turns out that the broken mods are the culprit. i tried to use 50/50 method to find the culprit and remove it, it works. you can try this method: simscommunity.info/2022/09/08/sos-how-to-50-50-your-the-sims-4-mods-folder/#:~:text=The%2050%2F50%20Method%20Instructions&text=Divide%20your%20mods%20folder%20in,of%20the%20To%20Test%20folder.
