Agriculture programme is 100 at College of Agriculture Vellanikkara (Main campus, KAU) and 15 per cent seats that is 15 number of seats will be filled through ICAR in this college. You can also expect the same at CoA Padannakkad and around double of this at CoA Vellayani. All total it will be a minimum of 55-60 ICAR seats per year

The seats are merit seats and filled through the ranklist prepared by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations Kerala on the basis of NEET score you obtain. Only 15 percent of seats are filled through ICAR AIEE.

definitely we have classes here for farmers but not on a regular basis but periodically as short term courses, workshop or training sessions. please stay updated with KAU portals!

Ibps പോലുള്ള bank exams എല്ലാം 30 years agelimit ഉണ്ട്. അതിനുള്ളിൽ ജോലി കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ ജോലി കിട്ടാൻ പ്രയാസമാകും എന്നൊക്കെ കേൾക്കുന്നു. അതുപോലെ agriculture officer ന്റെ state psc 5 വർഷം കൂടുമ്പോഴേ നടക്കു vacancy യും കുറവാണ് എന്നെല്ലാം കേട്ടു. സത്യാവസ്ഥ എന്താണ്?? Agriculture course എടുത്താൽ നമുക്ക് ജോലി സാധ്യത ഇല്ലേ 😔 Iam so confused. General category ആയ reservations ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരാൾക്ക് agri എടുത്ത് psc എഴുതിയാൽ job കിട്ടാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുമോ??
@@anagha______as a former student of COH, Thrissur, i can say that it's a good degree to get..job opportunities are plenty..you can stop at graduation and write any competitive exams..you will have an edge..if more interested in the subjects you can go for PG,PhD etc..and enter research field..
Not a paid course but a government merit seat with minimal sem fee around 7500 per sem. Hostel accommodation is free and levy only utility charges at sem beginning which is only around Rs. 300 for 6 months.

Thrissur KSRTC/Sakthan stand to Kerala Agricultural University Main gate. Take Palakkad Bus or Peechi Dam bus and get down in front of KAU Main gate/ or Thottapadi gate.
Apply for Medical & allied courses in KEAM and appear for NEET all india entrance test and submit the score in KEAM, where the Commissioner of entrance examinations may allot you to different campuses. or you may appear for ICAR all india entrance test which has 15 percent seat reservation in all colleges all over India
If there's no provision for learning biology, instead of NEET apply for ICAR (choose appropriate combination like Agriculture instead of biology) Then during the allotment process opt for Forestry colleges.
@@azrin2570 As of now ICAR has not yet published cutoff ranks officially. And if you are a Keralite and you want to be admitted here at Kerala itself you must have a percentile of 99.** and above.

Those seats which are vacant after ICAR UG allotments are completely transferred to the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations Kerala(CEE). And the seats shall be filled through a normal central allotment process by CEE Kerala. Which are the normal allotments based on Kerala rank list sorted from NEET ranklist.
