ch fatima could you elaborate on that? i have social anxiety as well and it made it much harder to make friends, it kinda deteriorates my mental health a lot :(

@@nanaichinose7007 thats completely normal . feeling anxiety wont stop u from making friends . Try striking convos with people that look like they might have commun interest .. easy starter is by complementing their clothes , hair pin etc .... Try to set goals for each day , try saying hi to someone u dont knw " rmbr evn if u get ignored it doesnt really matter

I love how you’re not overly concerned with setting 5/10 year goals, that seemed to be what people started with to narrow down to daily habits.
