As a dietetic final year student and student athlete , I would definitely say it could be down to the very high volume, low energy density meals you are eating. Remember that you are expending a lot of energy walking around and doing practice so maybe try some more energy dense meals? Don’t worry if they aren’t “perfect”! Also, could it be you getting your period back otherwise?

You're killing it! Make sure to pace yourself. In freshman year you feel pretty empowered, so you take on everything. This is why burnout is almost inevitable. Keep up your healthy habits and take advantage of all BAMA has to offer.

I get cramps like that when my food has been in contact with gluten since I'm allergic, I had to go to the ER because it was so bad, and I fainted. I don't know if you are allergic to gluten, I have just seen you not eating gluten.

Celsius can cause those stomach problems ur having! I drank them everyday for over a year and then started having major pain in my stomach from them. Also when I stopped drinking them I had withdrawals like massive headaches and sweating. I love celsius but they’re dangerous. I love u girly and hope u don’t have these pains anymore
