please consider moving the candle away from the fish bowl! the fish bowl can get very hot and the candle also creates a lot of soot that may cover the bowl

Hannah Marks have you done even a single ounce of research? Just a quick Google search says that bettas need AT LEAST 2 gallon tanks and a tank filter. Just because you're used to seeing bettas in depressing bubbles like Danielle has hers, doesn't mean it's okay.
