As a vegan and a fan of yours, I recommend just trying to be vegetarian first because it's harder than you think. Also another tip is getting non-dairy coffee creamer (soy, almond, coconut, etc.) instead of half & half because it's a lot better for you given the amount of coffee you drink! love u so much danielle!!

Dani for your keurig you should try Cameron’s coffee. They come in recyclable pods so they are much better for the environment and still taste great 😋🌎

Ive eliminated meat and now just try and eat dairy as little as possible! I just say plant based, you don't even need to label yourself!

i transitioned to being vegetarian about a year ago and i started buying almond milk for oatmeal/smoothies/cereal! i still eat cheese and sometimes i slip up on a couple of things but don't be too hard on yourself! i wouldn't even bother labeling it as vegan or vegetarian or anything. you can simply say you're trying to make different changes to better your lifestyle :) that also helps when you do slip up to keep it in perspective instead of feeling like you've totally failed. hope you find what works best for you girl :)

YES! I'm also like that, I hate labelling myself, either in food preferences or sexuality...I feel that puts rules on what I can and cannot do, when you should do what makes you happy, and make educated choices overall :)

I’ve been vegetarian for 7 months as of tomorrow!! I try to incorporate fully vegan meals whenever possible too, and the change makes me feel so good! Happy to hear you’re trying it out ☺️ good luck!!

So happy to hear you’re trying to be vegan!! Even if it’s only 5 or so days a week you’re making a huge difference for your health/the environment! Try almond coffee creamer, there’s so many options and it’s delicious!

I love that you’re putting in the effort to have a healthier body!!! I don’t have any issue with it but if you’re concerned about being hated on, maybe go for “plant based” when talking about your diet! “Vegan” is more of a broad term not just about diet. There shouldn’t be any pressure to put a label on your diet!! Regardless I love u so much you’re my favourite RU-vidr!!!💕

But on another note vegan is the best thing I have ever done!!! Without even eating healthy vegan food, I lost 20 pounds within the first few months of becoming vegan!
