The days you want to drink coffee for class you should try decaf coffee. decaf still has a tiny bit of caffeine in it, so it might be enough to help you focus without causing extra anxiety

u should get *blue light glasses* for when you are going to be staring at ur computer for awhile! They have helped me a lot I tend to not get as tired or my eyes don't strain when I'm doing work on my computer for an extended period of time

Gretchen I was dying watching the part of you crying about leaving Max because no joke my boyfriend leaves for work at 3:15am and doesn't get back until about 5pm and I was up doing homework one morning when he was leaving and I was literally balling because it was going to be so long until I seem him and he just works all the time..... Gretchen have you looked into if you have attention deficit disorder (ADD)? Caffeine is known as a low dosage medication to help people with ADD focus which may be why you are needing it for your classes. It also could be why you’re stressed out about smaller to-do list tasks. There are some online tests you can take to figure it out. I have ADD so I just wanted to help in case that is what’s giving you stress

The same thing was happening to me!! My doctor told me to switch to decaf (there is still a little bit of caffeine and may trick your mind into thinking your getting the caffeine) but it will lower your heart rate! I switched to decaf/stopping drinking it as much but it decreased my anxiety so much (:

I literally cried earlier today because my boyfriend (of alittle over a year) was leaving for the night (mostly cuz I’m on the implant and my hormones are shit) but I came to realize that i spend so much time with him I became emotionally dependent on him to bring me happiness and less anxiety when no one but yourself should bring you that. Just for me I know it’s starting to wear on my boyfriend how much I emotionally depend on him sometimes so just try hanging with ur friends (they love u and probably miss u) and definitely make sure ur happiness is coming from YOURSELF. I gotta learn that too ahhaha

yes I have the old soul shoes they sold that are the same as the rental ones! they don't sell them anymore but I know you can buy the new soul legend spinning shoes they have or any cheaper brand of spinning shoes on amazon :)
