Premade lunch idea: buy full rotisserie chicken from grocery store, pre made microwaveable brown rice/quinoa, and steam some veggies or something! It’s so good and quick I eat it with hummus and some lemon squeezed on top, and u can mix up the veggies and sauces

For the wine opener: keep holding down the the down button and it’ll retract the cork back up! Then to get the cork out of the opener, press the up button and it’ll release it back down!

I think someone messaged her employer during all accusations of alleged racism (I say alleged because I don’t know the full details of what happened) and showed them the receipts. I could be wrong but she stopped working there during the whole drama. When all this was going on, someone contacted her employer to ask about classes with Danielle and confirmed she was no longer working there. I feel kinda bad for Dani

I feel like if she was fired for making racist remarks then she wouldn’t want to go back there to spin. Idk but if it was me and I was fired from somewhere for any reason in general I wouldn’t really wanna go back there, especially for spin where it’s a smaller place and everyone knows you from the internet. She probably just quit because she didn’t wanna deal with it when she had that break.

hi! if you're worried about undercooking your meat and poultry get a thermopen! it'll tell you the exact temp that your food is. i.e. chicken needs to get to 165 degrees so as soon as you see that number you know you're good!!!

When I was at UGA I took running and horseback riding as my PE credits. Would've love clocking solitary runs around campus, but we were forced to run as a group with our Swedish teacher barking at us like a drill instructor LOL.

This is so random but I freeze my bagels too and if you put them in the microwave for 30 sec and then toast them you cant even tell they were frozen! Hope that helps :)

For the electric wine opener, you only press the down button to get the cork out of the bottle! Once it’s out, then you press up to get the cork out of the opener itself! Hope that helps :)

When you use the electric wine bottle opener, don't press the "up" action, all that does is unscrew the opener from the cork. You keep pressing the down button because it lifts the cork up out of the bottle and into the opener. So basically keep holding the "down" button until the cork comes free.. seems backwards I know. I had this problem too when I got mine!

Hey girl, I would recommend drinking your Kombuchas with a straw and then once you've finished I would rinse mouth with water, because its so acidic it will be stripping the enamel off your teeth.
