I do believe a person should not be under consideration while under investigation. What if he’s found guilty? A process of determination should first face points of elimination before a process of selection. If you are under an investigation whether innocent or guilty you are seen through the eyes of your competitors as not being eligible. Therefore, it makes the process seem not genuine. You wouldn’t want to work hard to move up into a position and find your opponent is under investigations. Especially if they have won and later found guilty..They should have not been in the process
Look at the history of cops going to different jurisdictions after they've committed crimes... So now it's a problem? Just this particular incident, right?
