14 is given as an input and is only used for calculation purposes when computing Productivity percent change. A better example would ask "How many titles per day are completed with a 75% increase in productivity"? One approach to answer this would be to create the exact same Excel sheet and insert guesses into cell B12 until 75% is achieved. Or, use Goal Seek, a very useful data analysis tool.
