collision of the MV Doña Paz and the MT Vector 

rip to all that died [real] on December 20th 1987 the Doña Paz departed from Tacloban to Manila. the weather was clear skies when the MT vector hit most of the passengers were sleeping. when the MT vector hit the MV Doña Paz it made a big fire because the MT vector was holding 1000 tones of gasoline and petroleum. when everyone tried to get life jackets they were locked in a room . so passengers had to jump off the ship but the fuel had leaked in the water and the water was on fire killing most people that were in the water [4,385 people died in the sinking and only 26 survived]
