Hi! Nice video 🙂How are the prices in Bogotá compared to Europe for cut emeralds? Is it worth it or the only way to get a very competitive price is to go by a raw stone in the mining regions? Thanks.

Well, I am working in the gem business and you have to bring lots of knowledge with you to deal with people in the streets to not be cheated. It could go from a 500% win to a total loss of your investment, so you better know exactly what you are doing

How do you go through customs with the emeralds?

Well , below 5 gemstones it's all legal and you just declare without paying any customs, above 5 stones you will pay custom tax for the entire parcel@@kpuccinodice5973

@@WanderingTraveler I really appreciate the reply. I’m going to Bogota next week and I want to bring a couple Emeralds back home but I didn’t know if I was going to be doing something I’m not supposed to.
