You've seen us skate the infamous Medellin highway before, but not like this. Juan Pablo Villegas is certifiably crazy for charging in these patchy conditions.
Patchy conditions are by far the worst you can have while downhill skateboarding. So some chose not to skate. But Juan Pablo? Nothing stops him from a good time.

I never been a skater, never cared to be a skater or even own a board but after watching these hill bomb videos, I'm in the process of picking me a complete skateboard out soon. I don't plan on doing anything this extreme but if they can do this then I can at least cruise.

Colombia, where little wheels dream big. Seen a few of these videos now from Colombia, each one having pristine road surfaces. Absolute thumbs up and respect for Colombia's highway engineers, not a pot hole or patched up surface in sight,

I love Medellin. Normally just take the bus from Rionegro airport for about $4 but this definitely looks faster. There must be a really high casualty rate while learning how to do it though. Note sign at 8:15 "Utilice el cinturón."

Guys…let’s see a miles per hour meter on the bottom or somewhere on the screen to know what speeds the skater is going! I think you’ll get tons more views that way…but it would still be cool to know! :-)
