I had this aliment and it was found that i had H.Pylori bacterial infection. Doctor found that it was antibiotic resistant strain, so he added one more antibiotic along with HP kit and continued upto 28 days. Had enormous side effect like regular indigestion and vomiting tendency, hair whitened etc. But I started having Isabgol husk most of the days and zandu pancharishtha for better digestion. It took me a year to fully recover due to my stressful job. Later I developed high uric acid due to long term pantoprazole usage. I took it seriously and now i am living healthy life. My suggestion is to stay away from street foods from now onwards and have satvik diet just like prasadam. You will feel the energy within a month.

I am 36 yr old, rarely eat any outside or packaged food...I always prefer to eat home cooked and healthy food full of fibre, vitamin, nutrition, probiotic etc.. drink enough water, prefer to have dinner min 3 hrs before bed... Still I am depressed with my bowel issue, never able to poop in the morning or every day...even most of the time I don't feel for 2-3 days to go to washroom for poop... 😢😢😢 Tried enema, lukewarm water, soaked anjeer manuka, green juices etc. but no positive result. It really make me very embarrassing in between other people, friends colleagues etc... Really depressed with my this pathetic bad disease 😭
Do some kapalbhati pranayam for 30 minutes or 1800 strokes daily. You'll surely benefit. Kapalbhati will make your intestines healthy, which no other thing can. And have fruits in the morning.

Many naturopathy practitioners and nowadays social media "health" influencers recommend frequent enemas. ... I feel this is not good to do. It may remove the good bacteria from colon. Also, if the water used is not good, may lead to infections. Your thoughts, Doctor ?
Triphala and aloe vera are very useful herbs for colons cleaning. I used the Planet Ayurveda colon cleanse pack which includes both of these products along with kumari saar.

@@Reshmivsharma84To replenish good bacteria you need to drink buttermilk (chaach) regularly. Not everything is washed and sanitized, some bacteria stays there. But most bad bacteria is gone, so replenish them by eating curd.
@@Grow_along There are so many ways how to detox .It is important to open detox pathways which you can do either naturally with certain foods,rebounding,lymphatic massage/drainage etc... You can also take some herbs,detox products,just make sure they're from trusted source,I wouldn't just buy anything...coffee enemas are amazing when it comes to detox(they're easy but it's super important to understand how to do them properly!).Colonics are awesome for detox too on top of other health benefits,drink plenty of at least PURIFIED water. Parasite cleanse is highly recommended too while you're doing detox.
