@@nawabkrsingh i agree but in my view the whole theory completely connected with our all fundamental rights not only article 19 as you said it. I have also one more doubt about article 13(4). Can parliament use this 13(4) and 368 do whatever provision make for us. If you're have any ideas please clarify me. I am not law student but just curiosity

There are hosts of unknown names, words & things we encounter everyday & the best is --particularly before an openly wide & virtual audience-- is to approach the appropriate-- as best as we can. Or in case--if yr suggestion is --that any name , any word, any concept cd be pronounced, enunciated and broadcast the way would like to, fine but then the teaching lesson itself becomes redundant.
