So some time ago while COEGTS was happening, Cynplytholowazy asked me if I was down to make a custom song for this tourney, but I'm quite occupied with stuff and won't have enough time to make an original song. Then I jokingly said if an anime remix is acceptable, I'm down to make one as it's been quite a while since I made one. In the end, he agrees and we start cooking, and even get Ethereal_Winter on board to sing it.
The original song was supposed to be a cheerful song. Still, since Winter's voice is pretty deep and has a cold feeling (no pun intended), I've decided to make something slower and darker compared to the original song as it is something that I haven't seen people make. And BOOM, this is how this remix is born.
I am really glad Cynplytholowazy and Ethereal_Winter approve of this crazy idea of making a snow halation remix. It was really really fun working on this remix, and it's also the first time I've been able to work with an actual human vocalist. I've gained so much experience and fun on this project, so thank you once again!!!!!!
Not to forget the amazing intro video too, huge props to Jerry for nailing down such an amazing video again. Everything is so perfect, the sense of nostalgia, the cold vibes, and the smooth transitions, it just hits so hard even though I've probably listened to this remix for the 200th time. With the video, everything feels so fresh again, so thank you!!!!!!
