Half of the visual experience of watching a wedding film is the color grade. Finding the look that speaks to your ideal client and properly color grading your films is an excellent way to:
1) Set yourself apart from your competition
2) Create a cohesive visual brand
3) Attract your ideal clients
As a luxury wedding filmmaker, my clients typically book film photographers, whose style is bright, airy, and crisp. I intentionally color grade my films to mimic the look of film photography, because those high-end clients love their wedding film to compliment their photos.
