It would be nice to see the commands written in text. The echo in the room makes it hard to understand his commands. Otherwise, this is a great training aid.
Israel Salinas the rifles are supposed to be on the shoulder farthest from the colors. It's only done in the Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Airforce.
