Great video! I was shocked to see that this was only the second video on this channel, but then your other video you said you had been on YT already and had other channels. So you are starting this one out right. Keep it up and your subscribers will climb. I love that you are showing various ways to rig the baits. On those Googan weightless hooks. They just look like a 30 degree jig hook with a center pin screw lock. One could probably buy the components and put them together without paying Googan prices. What would I like to see? Finesse baits. Finesse worms and craws. 👍

Enjoyed the video and your presentation Michael. Adam at SDG mentioned your channel and upcoming Be a Better Baitmaker series using Dead On colorants. I'm a Dead On user who is just starting now breaking out to some specialty colorants from MF and LW so I'm anticipating your input on mixing products. If this "Crazy Cajun " can be bold and ask , I would love to see your take on using some Glow product in your plastics. I've been experimenting and have had some success but believe 2 heads will get more ideas and more possibilities. Keep pumping out these videos because your not going unnoticed, you got my SUBSCRIPTION but remember that all of us got to leave the workshop and " GEAUX FISH "

I suggest investing in a pint of MF Motor Oil while it’s still available! TRUST!! we are kicking off the DO series with some color Morphs and I definitely have a fun set of videos coming up using glow powders. And yes I agree, we gotta get outta the shop!! I plan on bringing a lot of fishing content from the boat to the channel in addition to bait and lure reviews with real use here on the California Delta. We are just getting started on the channel and it’s been all bait making videos since the Delta has been all blown out from the big storms we’ve had this winter. I think another couple weeks and we might have a few feet of visibility so we can get in on that pre-spawn action 💪🏼

Little late to this video but wow beautiful! So the blending is a pressure thing? Because your temperatures were close? I have experienced the same thing multiple times and it’s hard to troubleshoot. I think I brought it up in your live steam last sunday
I would say more temperature and viscosity. Because one side has powder, it is going to be a different viscosity than the side with no powder added. So that factors into play as well. So even if you have even temps, the powder side will push all over the place if you go too fast. So I guess really all three when you think about it. Temperature, Viscosity and Pressure

Yes you can! I recommend checking out @worldsworstfishing channel. Chris has a couple videos specifically about adding salt into the baits and all the things you need to do and account for when adding salt.
Ive always used a gamakatsu 5/0 round bend hook on a fluke. You can adjust the action of the bait depending on how far down the nose you bring the tip out.
Yeah I can throw that into the mix, who makes that color primarily? Is there a bait I can grab off Tackle Warehouse in that color so I can match it in a video?
