The entities don’t always show up, you just have to keep playing to get them? I’ll go to the secret rooms like 5 times and I don’t get those ghost things.

not sure.. the first time i went into the room that needed a hammer nothing happened. after like the 2nd time playing it showed up for the first time

in the secret living room you can interact with the tv it will say escape in red then a face will show up that's all, and the picture behind the purple coloured stickman will turn to red and under it will say BILL

Also in the first secret room if you climb on the ladder and go to the right over to the cabinet in the south east corner and go behind it you teleport back to the middle
