LOCATION

ACREAGE AND DESCRIPTION
The 113 acres varies in topography with the valley of Smith Creek running along the northern border. As you climb into the heart of the ranch. The terrain begins to level and opens into a large, cleared meadow that runs to the southern border of the property. The residence lies just off the meadow, tucked into the pines and aspen groves on a high point on the ranch. The western border is shared with the national forest. About 13 acres sit in cleared meadows with the remaining 100 acres covered in dense pine and aspen groves. Rising to the west, within the national forest are Flat Top Mountains and the prominent Dome Peak. These mountains make for a spectacular view as you approach the ranch along County Road 3.

The kitchen features a modern antique stove along with the built-in fridge and freezer. To finish out the main floor, your guest room and bath are located towards the back of the cabin featuring a log queen bed and a matching twin bunk bed. The upper level houses the primary bedroom and bath. The furnishing features a reclaimed wood finish in keeping with the rustic cabin theme. The bath has a separate shower and garden jacuzzi tub looking out into the surrounding woods.
Just down from the house you will find the barn, situated on the eastern edge of the open meadow. The barn is 50’x30’ structure with a man door and two roll up garage doors. The additional residence lies on the second floor of the barn. The barn has a large concrete slab, nicely suited for a game of basketball or a clean spot while working on the toys. The finished living area utilizes an open layout with vaulted ceilings and presents immense views of the forest and mountains to the west. The kitchen is roomy with granite countertops and wood-stained cabinets and features a modern antique stove. This space is perfect for all your needs! To the back of the living area is the main bedroom with queen bed and separate bath with walk-in shower. There is an additional bunk room with twin bunk beds. In total, you could sleep 10 comfortable at the ranch with overflow potential at the owners’ cabin.
Amenities shared with the other eight owners of the exclusive Ranches of Five Pines Mesa include a fulltime ranch manager for house and exterior maintenance help, forest, and fencing needs, and providing services to access your property in the wintertime. Use of the 1250 SF owner’s cabin and barn facility is also included.
