When you watch the hit on Hunter, Blackburn hits him late after the ball has already landed with receiver turned up field. No helmet to helmet contact, mostly just a late hit (with definite intent to harm). Sander's hit could (and obviously was) argued that helmet to helmet contact was made and that the receiver was "defenseless" as well. Don't know that I like the ruling in either case myself as I saw Sander's hit look clean in real time with no intent and Blackburn looked to blatantly attempt to injure, but these rules are up for interpretation by whoever is on the field. Until NCAA finds a way to take away the subjective nature of rulings it will continue. Holding is different for every game and has been since the beginning of football for instance, so I see this happening in just about never.

Not really in college you have to hit with the crown of your helmet in the pros it just has to be any forcible contact with your helmet of contact to the head or neck area so the rules are way more relaxed in the college the only thing that makes it stricter is the automatic ejection but besides that the NFL is way more strict with the rule 💯
