You can kill the hostage by doing a challenge. It involves you wearing a scarecrow suit and using a sniper rifle to shoot all the bells in a specific order. After that, you can burn anyone that is near you. Do note that if you change your disguise, it will not work again.

Its funny how the harder these levels get, the more Mooney has to play this like its a Hitman game for his Kill Everything Challenges

When you drive a kitchen knife through tons of bullet proof vests and the knife is perfectly fine and the soldiers arent

This one was easy to do, all you have to do is spawn a sniper on the water tower and snipe two targets doesn't matter which ones, but before you do that get as much smgs and ars and drop them in the water tower where you're gonna snipe, because you're gonna have to reveal yourself to everyone after you kill the two targets, you have to drop the weapons in the corner because they will shoot if you go anywhere else, almost everyone will come at you except around 15 people. After that use all of your guns and sniper to kill everyone.

Even though I hate this mission and feel like it's nothing compared to their others you still make it enjoyable

The exit symbol appeared because that one guy saw you in a restricted area just before his face had a meeting with a knife and he wanted to escort you to the closest exit out of the restricted area, hence the symbol.

9:08 that's what I absolutely hate about the Hitman games. The AI isn't facing the same restrictions that you do (such as trespassing). He had the wrong uniform; yet, he was allowed in. Also, notice how NPCs never fight each other in Hitman games (except for a select few scripted scenarios such as that SWAT raid in the level Deadly Cargo in Contracts). Or in The Murder of Crows in Blood Money, there are both cops and criminals in the map. If the cops see the criminals pursuing and shooting you, they join in. How the fuck does that make sense? Really, the AI is coded lazily; they're all on the same team. Or how about how keypad-accessible doors don't hinder any NPC. The NPCs can just walk right though (without needing the door to even open, if I remember) without needing the keycard. It kills immersion. Hitman works as an arcade-like game, but it should be an immersive one
