It would be smart to make them a resource for the and how's people, you could also staff some mental health services in there and some ready work type organizations and get people off the street and into a path to being a house again.

Hmmm. This seems familiar. Oh yeah. Remember the 70's and 80's when artists and young people were taking over warehouses and turning them into living spaces and lofts? Then, everyone wanted to live in a loft so we now have thousands of urban dwellings that look like old lofts? The difference is that those old loft buildings were cheap to live in before they became ridiculously expensive. This idea is going to create thousands of urban dwellings that no one can afford. It's a good idea though. I hope it works for everyone and provides some affordable options.
