The summer of 2020 I had the fortunate opportunity to live and work at the Baldpate Inn in Estes Park Colorado. At 9,000 feet elevation, my first day there I got light headed walking up the driveway. I would hike everyday after work, and on the days I had off I would attempt to climb a mountain. I summated three different mountains - Lily Mountain, Twin Sisters, and Estes Cone. On August 4th I attempted to climb Longs Peak, the deadliest mountain in Colorado over 14,000 Feet. I made it 6 out of the 7 miles up and finished at an elevation of 13,200, where I could go no more. I turned around.
