Hindi pa ako nagpapa check-up sa Psychiatrists, natatakot ako sa malalaman ko and also ayoko rin malaman ng parents ko. Meron akong signs ng BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) pero hindi ako sure since hindi pa ako nagpapa check-up. Please pray for me. Ang hirap, sobra.

@Juan Mercado totoo po imbes na tulungan at iencourage po yung tao na magseek ng help eh lalo nila dinadown at ginagawang joke yung sitwasyon. Nakakalungkot po isipin na may mga ganung tao. ☹️

@@blackred2600 hello! How are you po? Mas makakatulong po talaga if magcoconsult po kayo sa psychiatrist to know if ano po ba talaga yung "monster" na kailangan nating labanan. Do not self diagnose po, psychiatrist po ang makakaalam nyan. You don't have to be afraid po, mas makakatulong po sya sa inyo. I will include you in my prayers and I hope things will work out for you! It's not just your fight, dito lang po kami for you! 🙏❤️

Nabully din ako ngayung College, pinagtulungan nila ako walang may alam na nagssuffer ako sa gnun ung mga magulang ko di alam un, wala kahit bf ko, wala ako masabihan, gabi gabi umiiiyak ako, hanggang ngayun daladala kppadin ung sakit, parang gusto ko na mamatay nalang, ung mga sinabi nila sakin, na masasakit na salita, minaliit nila ako, di nila alam gabi gabi iniisip ko yung mga snasabi nila, maysakit din ako sa puso gnamit nila un para lalo ako idown, snabi nila baka daw mamatay ako sana daw mamatay nalang ako, gusto ko magsumbong pero wala ako masumbungan natatakot ako baka ako ung mali, ung mga kaibigan kong akala ko totoo sakin tnalikuran ako. Sorry i disagree. Better have physical illness than mental illness. Kung hindi makayanan sa pasyente they do suicidal and that is mental illness.

Lovely Villar I think what she meant is that. Physical illness is the same as having mental one because having it means your brain is impaired. Either may chemical imbalance, or wire/parts sa utak natin na abnormal. Suicidal people can't control their urge to either hurt themselves or take their own life kasi their brain is impaired and that's what it's literally telling them to do.

To be fair, you should not be in a relationship when you're depressed. We always hear it: You can't love others unless you love yourself. And depression is a manifestation of not valuing yourself instrinsically. I've had depression, and I did not want to be in a relationship with anyone then, because I would just drag them down. Instead, I worked on loving myself, the kind of love that does not come from any external validation, but for the sole reason that I had value simply for being me.

@@ayeshak6822 I don't wanna go through it but I guess you need to know my side too. Before I was in a relationship, I never acknowledged that I have depression, I've always thought it's normal to feel that way and because I never want to self diagnose. I'm a Psychology student and I'm someone that is really against in self diagnosing, that's why even if I'm already showing symptoms I didn't assume I had one. And before I had a relationship with him the symptoms ain't really there at all. I only had insomnias and during those times I had those thoughts but the triggering factor weren't still actually there. The reason why I never had a relationship too is because of that. I know that and that's why I keep pushing people away. I got in a relationship with him because he was so eager and actually thought everything would be okay (he was my first bf) but then months passed by and I discovered he was just cheating since day 1 and he was always pushing me to the edge and maybe that's how my depression got triggered again. When I thought my family was the only stressor, I realized he was actually the main one. I finally acknowledged that I have one when I was finally diagnosed by my psychiatrist after trying to kill myself. And later found out that he has antisocial personality disorder. I'm totally okay now though, after breaking up and finding my peace after a really toxic relationship. Finally I'm doing better than ever and already at my happiest days.

In that case, he's an a-hole. Get better and God bless.
